By accessing or browsing STUDY WITH AK (including all subdomains, interactive laboratories, PYQ vaults, and model paper repositories), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the platform immediately.

02. Academic Fair Use & Intellectual Property

All study handbooks, formula sheets, interactive simulations, source code sandboxes, and editorial explanations curated on STUDY WITH AK are provided solely for non-commercial, personal academic and educational purposes.

• Board Question Papers: Past CBSE, State Board, and NCVT papers are public educational archives indexed for student preparation under the doctrine of educational fair use.
• Editorial Solutions: Step-by-step methodologies and diagrams authored by STUDY WITH AK mentors are protected intellectual property. You may download or print them for personal revision, but reproduction for commercial resale or automated scraping is strictly prohibited.
• Open Interactive Labs: Three.js 3D animations and audio synthesizers are designed for hands-on visual STEM learning.

03. Student Code of Conduct & Community Rules

When utilizing community rooms, direct mentor messaging, or sharing questions:

• Zero tolerance for harassment, offensive language, spam, examination leaks, or hate speech.
• Do not upload copyrighted textbooks, paid question banks, or malicious executable attachments.
• Do not post personal sensitive numbers, home addresses, or credentials in public discussion areas.

Violations will lead to immediate account restriction and administrative removal from study rooms.

04. Authentication & Minimal Data Account

Most features on STUDY WITH AK (PYQ browsing, formula reading, model papers, 3D simulations) require no mandatory sign-up.

When you choose to sign in via Google Identity Services or email, you agree to provide authentic information. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We practice Strict Data Minimization: we never request or store unnecessary personal telemetry.

05. Third-Party Services & External Links

STUDY WITH AK uses rigorously vetted third-party libraries for rendering (Three.js WebGL, KaTeX Math, Tailwind CSS, Google GIS authentication). While we ensure these CDNs comply with modern security baselines, external websites (such as official board portals cbse.gov.in or NCERT) operate under their respective independent terms.

06. Disclaimer & Academic Accuracy

While our faculty rigorously verifies all model answer keys and syllabus updates against official board notifications, materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Students are encouraged to cross-reference with official board circulars for formal date sheets and center guidelines.

07. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect platform enhancements or statutory updates under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
